...a fine virtuoso-style guitar; that's what they all do - but Laucke just does it much better, with a tremendous sense of beauty. He's head and shoulders above any other Flamenco guitarist I've heard, albeit with more modern and abstract ideas, but of course including a virtuoso performance. Jean-Louis Pommier
