I know watcha mean Bob - I'm 21 and have not bothered with the car test, but I have done the moto-bike test cause I enjoy riding those and the test is a joke. You never exceed 15 mph, and all you do is make a left turn, weave through the cones which is too easy, make a U-Turn that gives you twice the space you need, and finish it off with a quick-stop and swerve. I got a perfect score.

I didn't let the useless test determine if I was ready for the road - I used my own judgment.

Oh yes there is something more stressful than driving, Its riding Buses, riding buses is more stressful than driving why, because you have to wait for the bus, it travels slow, and you can't go any whare you want unless your a bus driver, and you have to sit with the crowd of strangers, and Traveling by Greyhound is much slower than driving because of layover, they make frequent stop. and you have to wait for it and some time there late. thats why bus is stressful than Driving.

a) enforce a drivers education class,

b) go to a closed track and make them drive 80-90 miles an hour to see the potential of their car and see how dangerous it really is, and also once you do that driving at 50mph will seem extremely slow.

I have been in Florida, and those people don't even use turn signals when they switch lanes on freeways, heavy traffic, or when they pull out onto the road. They act like you will just slow down, or stop for them. There is no surprise why they had so many accidents while I was there.
