BTW When these have the flame-less heaters in them, they are always military. You cannot ship these heaters outside of their MRE bag unless they are shipped ground. Sealed with a heater= authentic MRE. Plus the GIANT D.O.D logo and property of the US government marking should tip you off.

@uncoolkid2 This is a typical D.O.D. issued military ration. The easiest way to tell is the brown packaging with the soldiers silhouette. That is MRE design # 2 from 2008. They are packaged by Ameriqual, Wornick and a few others.
