Time to arm the citizens. Don't trust the police they most departments had there federal training to harass and squeeze more fines and fees out of you. This is nothing new for the Russians but this jack boot mentality if already here in the US. At this rate we will have a police force that will rivial the former eastern block and mexico city combine. Where I am the police force is nothing more then a revenue collection agency, writing tickets and enforcing petty city by laws.
