Thanks for all the great comments and suggestions everyone. Yes I do push ups on my fists quite often. I went pretty low I believe. If I go any lower I would have my chest resting on the floor.
To lhtrf: have someone spot you for the pull up and lift you up all the way when needed. After a while the person lift you up use less force until you able to lift yourself up alone. This would take a couple of weeks...depend on your dedication toward your training :) good luck!
The dumbell push ups looked pretty cool but wouldnt that put strain on your joints by doing such a big range? Anyway, I cant wait to try the spider man push ups. Those just looked cool! All the same great body and great job!
@MsTigerseye77 im not sure about the strain, but i know that there are bar like things that serve the same purpose that dumbells do, and are probably much safer too, because that way you dont risk smashing a finger or 2 with having the dumbell fall on your finger.
I will make a video on my diet soon, very normal just like the food you all eat every day. My background is vietnam so I consume more vietnamese and chinese food in my diet. One thing is that I rarely eat a meal without vegetables.

You should start doing planche pushups and holds if you dont already... They are the most advanced for the chest and tris. Good video.
