Expert Village is a great idea but I have yet to see a good one yet. That shows you how to pull a baking tray from the the oven!! and for the guy to say exactly what I wanted is hilarious !! He knew there and then that he was just about to be fired - I adore Ribs but no way would I attempt to eat that thing.
