@TheTrufirecracker Hi, it depends on what your skin is like. If it stings a little, that's okay, but don't leave it on. If my skin feels oily, I may leave it on for 15 minutes or longer as I eat breakfast or check emails in the morning. This is great aromatherapy too, the lemon perks me up a bit. Sometimes I wash it off right afterwards. The lemon is like a toner too, removing dirt or makeup that the cleanser may have left behind, so feel free to wash it off right away in that case.
@TheTrufirecracker Hi, thanks for the question, I do this about twice a week. You can do the pressure points every day without lemons, just do with your finger, this really improves the brightness of your face. Everyone's skin is different, so feel out what's best for you with the lemon. If you have oily skin, you could do the lemon everyday, and rinse off right after the 3-5 minute massage.
Every morning I wash my face with raw, organic, unpasteurized honey. I tried this lemon routine but I think it made parts of my skin red/irritated. Should I keep doing it? And if I should, should I do it before or after washing my face with honey?
@QueenCrimson333 Hi, if your skin is irritated with lemon juice, I wouldn't do it. You can still do the massage points with your fingers to stimulates those areas. For a gentler toner, try boiling a few sprigs of parsley in about 3 cups water, letting it cool, add 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, mix, put in a glass spritz bottle. I like that one too. I'll try the honey, sounds great, thanks.
@QueenCrimson333 Hi, If your skin gets irritated, I wouldn't do it. Raw honey is great for the skin, good call with that. You can still do the pressure points shown in this video to enhance the brightness of your face without using the lemon, just do with your finger tips. I also like to use the almond pulp from when I make fresh almond milk, on my face as a mask and scrub. It's very gentle and packed with vitamin E, which is great for the skin. Good luck, keep in touch!
@blythemetz hello would like to now if you rinse your face? haw long you leave? it whit moinsturizing your skin? and you eat tuna fish and seefood? thanks.
@brillodesol2011 Hi, Yes, I rinse my face and put on a natural light moisturizer. I like Tata Harper, Odacité, Isun, or just simple coconut oil or apricot oil. I think sea food is wonderful, as long as the sea isn't polluted, (mercury). Right now, however, I eat mostly vegan. Listen to your body, what resonates? if tuna resonates, then eat it. Try however, not to buy it in aluminum cans. Blessings to you.
@blythemetz thanks you very much beautiful, heartfelt thank you,and you are very beutuful, inside and out, bless you frend.¿where I could see what what you eat in one day for example?to know I have to eat by.
@CamilleVendryes Definitely to drink. Drinking lemon water helps make your skin brighter and softer because it purifies the liver, which is what takes care of the toxins in the body. So keeping our filter pure, helps keep our largest organ, our skin, looking and feeling good. Good luck! Keep in touch!
@urbanequinox I leave it on for a few minutes, then I rinse it off. Lemon is a great toner and cleaner for the skin. You can squeeze it first in your water, so it has a few uses, and it doesn't come in a non-biodegradable plastic bottle like most cleansers and toners. Great choice! Enjoy
you have great skin, you gotta make more vids to show us how u got it that way. i know the title says morning routine but u do this daily right? just making sure. my skin's a bit sensitive.
