Yea in this situation you're scared, but some are not so scared they can't make a plan and get the hell out of this type of situation. It isn't always a "fast get away" but it sure beats just hanging around in it. It takes a strong mind and a strong heart to remember it's not your fault, but rather a deficiency in the other person causing this to happen.
