Pirates have been doing good, if we can get Doumit back in the lineup, our lineup would seriously be the most dangerous lineup in baseball. All of our starters could very well be hitting 300 except maybe our 3rd basemen Jose Batista, but if Gomez could play there we could have a lineup of hitters capable of hitting 300. Because I know Jack Wilson can reach it and Freddy Sanchez can also, and in a few months Adam LaRoche should be close and everybody else is already around 300 now.

I'm glad Pittsburgh finally beat Milwaukee. The Pirates should own the Brewers.

I don't care what anybody says, the Pirates are better than the Brewers.

If the Bucs stay healthy, I really believe they can contend for the NL Central Division title.

Yeah it is good they got to finally beat them on the last game of that 3 game series. I'm watching the Pirates getting whooped by the Cubs right now. It's not like I didn't see that coming though.

Whoa, I don't know about contending for anything lol. Not this year. It's a miracle they've won as many games as they have so far, if you look at their stats. I'm excited though since the entire front office overhaul. Also looks like our outfield is set for 8 or so years if they keep them. The pitching is just way too young and consistent to contend for anything. It would also be nice if Wilson and Doumit returned and Sanchez and LaRoche would return to prior form...at least J-Bay has.
