Honestly, 前田敦子 has a poor singing voice. She could never have a singing career unless inside AKB. Most of the AKB idols cant sing very well, or in key for that matter. Even their dancing is pretty amaturish. These girls are famous for being famous.

Her name is Hirata Rina. I believe she was born and spent a long time in the US because of her father's work (and the whole family went to live there).
