Some places have few if any checks, and the Police are therefore not going to be suspicious. Anyone with a gun in countries that they are banned is under suspicion. Also there is proven to be less shootings in countries they ban guns.

@THUD086 I agree. However I still believe it is EASIER in a country that allows guns for criminals to get them, especially if they have no previous convictions. Some places have few if any checks, and the Police are therefore not going to be suspicious. Anyone with a gun in countries that they are banned is under suspicion. Also there is proven to be less shootings in countries they ban guns.
The lax gun laws I've heard about in some places like Texas were shocking.

You do realize that the shooter characterized himself in his verified YouTube blog, and also that statements by his friends confirmed that he is a radical liberal. No where close to being influenced by anyone on the right. Thefederal judge that he killed is a Republican. The 9 year old child's political party is unknown. He also said he "chooses not to trust in God." The point is this: the man is mentally disturbed. Senseless violence has nothing to do with politics in this matter.
