This is Kenya AA and 11.5 g of beans were used. I used a tamper and no special tampering technique was applied. The basket was double.

Did you find a different basket for the portafilter? Can you tell me where to get one?

I unscrewed the black plastic handle and cut the front circular plastic part. And then reassemble and screwed them together.
