seriously, crossfit is a fucking joke. I have never seen so many people suffer from workout related injuries as i have when dealing with the crossfit community. This guy has a bad hip he never rehabbed because he knows absolutely nothing about the kinetic change and true functional exercises. BJ doesnt do this shit anymore.

@WIGTRON5000 think about what you wrote, you said it seems like a test, well what do you do in a test, you push yourself to the extreme right? well thats what you do in every crossfit workout. If you were to do a physical fitness test of this magnitude every day, you would get stronger, therefore its considered conditioning. you also gotta remember that these guys are used to these kind of workouts so to someone who doesnt do this type, yes it may just seem like a fitness test of some sort.
You probably shouldn't do a workout like this everyday unless you are already in top shape. The average person needs time to recover. I've done this exact workout before and yes it's hard and I am in good shape. It just seemed like it was meant to wear you down as opposed to actual conditioning training. Pushing yourself to the extreme daily is asking for injuries
