Male Jaguars from Venezeula have recently been found to average 272 lbs. The largest lions ever are South African lions at 420 lbs. Even then those measurements are 15 years old. Todays lions population is around 9,000. Tanzania lions average is 318 lbs, Waza park lions 323 lbs now. Lions are on average 50 kilos lighter then bengal tigers. You got the same weight difference in jaguars and lions, then you do in tigers and lions.

Why do you care about jaguar vs lion? They live on different regions of the earth, jaguars inhabit South America, Central America, and Arizona and Texas(maybe other places too). Lions are now limited to parts of Africa and the Gir Forest in India. So they will never come in conflict in the wild.
