I love how the crowd here shows more emotion during this squash match than they do for most main event matches today. Heenan and Orndorff...great team!!! I know this gets said enough, but damn I miss the old days. Especially this particular era

Mario Mancini sure took quite a beating back then whenever he faced the monster heels. There was another match where he faced Orndorff and got badly beaten. I think Orndorff did a variation of his piledriver by running forward and jumping on his knees? I'm hazy on that one.

The only downside here was that McMahon didn't do a very good at selling the piledriver outside the ring (compare that to his announcing when Ray Stevens did it to Snuka TWICE with the move in 1980).

Thanks for this Orndorff match. I love any Orndorff material I can find. Question, did Orndorff ever fight Hogan in a Saturday Night's Main event, and I don't mean te match in Canada, nor the famous Cage Match. Did they have another match? I remember Hogan pinning Paul and aclip of that match comes out in the WWE Superstars of the 80s dvds but I've never seen it posted.
