Please no opinions I have had enough of those when it comes to what GOD requires of us to be SAVED and that is all I am in search of. What must I do to be SAVED. We bring the clubhouse to church but we wouldn't dare disgrace ourselves or the clubhouse with the things we do in the church. Everything has its place. This type of dancing doesn't belong in the HOUSE OF GOD from what I have read. Some of the moves are exactly ones in "boogie dancing" so go figure.

Ok, just to shed a lil light on things, #1 This ministry is under the covering of a pastor, a woman that I KNOW speaks to God & wouldn't allow us to do anyhting out of the will of God. #2 This ministry has a different calling than most ministries, this ministry is for those people who go to the club, it's for those people who AREN'T saved, we try to reach saved folks in the process & do a dance that they can feel & enjoy, but for the most part we're trying to reach unsaved folks.

We're trying to reach those individuals that ain't "there" yet, we're trying to reach those same young people who would be absolutely bored by watching ballet, those young men who are in church that have no interest in doing twirls & things of that nature but have an interest to dance for God. Psalm 150 - "Praise Him with the timbrel & dance". This is exactly what we do. As I said the same thing that made us successful in the secular world God has turned around to be used for His glory.

#3 We will dance wherever God would have us to go, it doesn't matter, now I'm not crazy, I understand that everybody don't get down with what we do, AND THAT'S O.K. I hold no harsh feelings or no ill will toward those that just don't like it. It's not for you & that's cool, this ministry isn't for everybody, but somebody is being blessed by it, somebody is enjoying it, someone is thanking God for it & those are the people we are trying to reach.

That's the beauty of it, the three men in this video (I'm the short one with the afro), we were all part of a hip hop dance crew, we now use our gift to dance for God. You don't have to go to the club (because none of us do) to see hip hop dancing, you can turn on the tv, look at the internet or go to the & just because I dance for Jesus doesn't mean I can't enjoy watching hip hop dancing.

The dance is interpreting the song, the song is asking Jesus to work on me that's what the dance is about. Everybody has their own lil issues & we ask God to work on those issues that we have, we're not ballerinas so we're not going to do graceful lifts & spins. God blessed us as hip hop dancers so that's what we do. Once again we all fall short of the glory, even Tonex. He's issues aren't any different than anybody elses, the song ministers to those who need work & that's everybody.

I guess my question is What does this have to do with letting me know WHAT I MUST do to be SAVED. I have seen us dance "for Jesus" in church but we don't/won't go to the clubhouse and take a "Jesus" dance there. We bring and allow anything into the so called HOUSE of GOD without any shame and we act as though HE accepts anything we offer up. Biblical text would help me with this. Please read next post too.

I didnt see the "world" dances in your routine, and I loved that.
