The lead singer, Eric Robertson is DEAD??!! And he was only 56??!! What a Rock And Roll Tragedy!! How did he die at such a young age??!! Does anyone here know how it happened??!! : (
Everyone who lives in the Cleveland area be sure to go to the Eric Robertson benefit show Feburary 27th and 28th. Several excellent bands will be playing, and we'd appreciate the support.
her book was cool, although there were some artists that really should have never been mentioned, AGREED, omitting Eric Robertson was Glaring, we'll see if she fixes it in her NEXT EDITION, prolly not, an author always hates to admit when they're wrong
This Robertson dude is Unbelievable. Man, why arent these guys ever mentioned in Deanna Adam's History Of R&R in Clev. They sound Better than the Zombies, I wunder if Argent or Blunstone heard this
Yep, they were often compared to Raspberries. That is a question that every performing musician would like to know the answer to and fans as well. Rumor had it that the SECRET did, at the time, attract interest from a very famous record producer but they were not around long enough to consummate a record deal. A real shame. Ill be putting up more vids soon, stay tuned.
This was my Dad's favortie cover of this song. He was the sound man for "The Secret", he, Ted Myers, is no longer with us, but would love to see this now!!!
RIP in Eric Robertson! : (
