  • @Larrypint Dann nehm ne Tür. Greif das Band an beiden Enden und klemm es so über der geschlossenen Tür durch, dass die Schlaufe auf der andern Seite ist. Damit sich das Band dann nicht durch den Schlitz zurück zieht hängst du einfach ein Handtuch rein. Denk dran die Tür abzuschließen, nicht dass jemand von außen öffnet und du mitten in der Übung bist.

  • most of this training is just pumping you triceps.. try to do some whole-body exsecicing..

  • @chr0606 Damn, you're right, this is mostly triceps and a little chest. That's it. It should be titled, Thera band triceps exercises mit a little chest.

  • @chr0606 Concur with your comment. This workout will not produce results on the mat. The only use this workout would have for a MMA fighter is to work around injuries.
