When I first seen what happened, i felt the davidian were wrong, but now that i have seen much more the ATF fucked it up badly, and went way over board. This should never have happened this way.Set aside the religion, The ATF were real pissed when they fucked up trying to enter, and shooting everywher. I think i would have shot back as well if someone was coming in and firing as well.

No one would've died on Feb 28 if the Davidians weren't tipped off about the raid. If the Davidians never picked up their weapons that day all of them would still be alive.The ATF doesn't raid homes and kill innocent people inside. they raid to secure the weapons and secure the people inside before anything bad happens. The ATF commander knew that the Davidians were ready for them and went anyway.

Until I moved to Waco and had the chance to talk to people who lived here and knew David before all this went down. The Branch Davidians kept to themselves and didn't cause any trouble. If the ATF really wanted to check David Koresh's weapons, all they had to do was get the Sheriff to bring him in. He had an open dialog with the Sheriff and was on good terms with everyone in town...
