I really liked your video and your channel. If you need any help getting this video or channel exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.

Las Cruces is a crappy ass nowhere town and its only popular attraction is NMSU. Without the school there would be no focus at all on its dirt lot space. A terrible and complacent town

I heard about Las Cruses on the Today when they were showing house bargains. The topic was showing examples of what $300,000 could buy and they picked a 5 bedroom adobe in Las Cruses as one of the best examples. I would like to move some place that is warm and dry all year round, my Minnesota really disappointed me this year by not having a dry sunny October. Las Cruses is on my list.

Hopefully, with the removal of the phony loans, and lending standards that allowed anybody with a pulse to get one, we will see real estate prices get back to historical norms. Look for median prices around 3x median income and no more than 100x rent for a comparable property. Recent action in the stock market should also help get many of the over-moneyied baby boomers out of the market as well.
