I'd like to see Iran gain strategic reach by developing naval bases in countries like Nicaragua and Venezuela. The easiest way for Iran to accomplish that is to modify a very large container ship into a drone carrier. It should have defensive weapons, helicopter, and be big enough to house a Ghadir submarine that can enter and exit through clamshell doors in the bow.

The sub will patrol near the ship and the ship can send Iranian drones over U.S. airspace in reply to American drones over Iran.
