Actually the truck that came out of no were actually crashed through the wall. Some tunnels are two tunnels going next to one another. Each tunnel going in a different direction. You cant see the hole because of the lighting, there is a big shaodow from were it crashed through. There was no way it could of squeezed to the right because its front was facing the camera. And it is a one way tunnel.

The truck we can see first was moving from the center to the right lane and somehow didn't see the big ass truck right beside it and forced the 2nd truck into the wall where it clips the bars sticking out from the side, spinning the 2nd "hidden" truck around pushing the first truck out across the lanes.
