Scientists have discovered that there are actually natural vents on the ocean floor under the Bermuda triangle that release gasses and if a a big enough bubble of this gas hits a ship it will capsize it and sink it. When the gas gets airborne it cause planes instruments fail and it makes it seem that the plane is going up so the pilot pushed down and then usually crashes into the ocean.
