Okay, another question;

I am almost done with my entry, but I managed to find the rules for the contest and now I'm worried.

Okay, I have a 23 second Intro before the actual vid. Is that alright? All together the vid is 2 mins at the most.

Also; I put in some fanmade english voices for the characters. Is that against the rules or is it fine?

no need to panic! the lenght of your video is within the allowed limits (since it's 2:30 max) :)

This looks really interesting. I have a few questions though since I'm not a member of the hosting website;

We use actual clips from one of the two FFXIII or both of them and we make our own trailer for it?

What music are we to use?

And most importantly; do we make up the storyline for it or do we go by the original story(or what is revealed to us so far)?

Greetings!

You can use any XIII / Versus XIII video footage you can find. Your trailer can be for XIII or Versus XIII, or a trailer combining both games. No matter what your decision is from these 3 options, your video will be judged equally with other videos.

The music choice is really up to you! Find something that fits the trailer. We reccomend music that will give the trailer a more "official" feeling.

As for the storyline, we will gladly accept trailers with fan-made storylines (considering that you mean a small piece of narration accompanying your trailer). However, we would prefer if the storyline makes sense to the actual storyline and would be possible to be present in the game. However, please dont go satirical! :P
