thnx for all this firstly and will this actually make my hands grow? especially the finger so im sayn like if i do this everyday lets say twice....will after a week it make my finger get atleast 2-3mm longer and then to not lose the strength in em do those hand grippers...??thnx
That's fine. You are just opening the joint space, allowing blood to flow to areas restricted by tension. Popping is not a requirement, I do it to open the hands up and free tension from them.
Old wives tale. Energy does not flow through locked joints. Pulling on them opens the joint space to allow blood to flow in areas restricted by tension, arthritis, and swelling.
Yes, any hand exercises will help you with fine motor skills. I can speak from experience in my field (chiropractic) that these exercise help me tremendously to be able to have the dexterity and strength to perform my job.
When you pull on the fingers, you are opening the joints. That allows for more blood flow, so if anything, it helps to prevent arthritis than cause it.

Can this help me with my piano? I've been playing for 9 years, nearly 10, and I've FINALLY managed to finally get my hands to reach 7 keys from 5.
