That's a pretty unfair comparisson. Terrel has consistently produced with every single team he's played on. Randy Moss played terribly when he was in Oakland. Randy Moss also happens to be on the best team in the NFL and has a quarterback who has the best offensive line in the game. It's not hard to make passes with that kind of protection and a very deep receiving core.
Without Welker and Stalworth Moss wouldn't have been able to do what he did. Terrel had near identical stats this year without a secondary breakthrough receiver.
