Try to get more spin in it or try landing it more smooth...

Start of with real low ones, and try both ways then find out whats easiest :)

And a thing i like to do(when its fs) is to turn my back foot like 45 degrees towards the right side of my foot(im regular) then i just give it a low pop and just jump easilly around :)

the businesmans response is only partly right. Before learning the frontside ollie, you need to be able to ollie over at least a deck in order to perform the maneuvre so it doesn't look whack. So first get your ollies down. Then, spinning full 180 degrees is all about your shoulder motion. YOu can either have your shoulders already twisted 180, or you can twist into the opposite direction to get the spin. At the highest point of the ollie, you should be at about 90 degrees.
