@blingdead100 I posted a reply to PORSLEY's comment on this video a little while back detailing how to deal with issues with this Virtual PC, which is on the second page of comments here. I'm not going to embellish, but it basically has to do with the fact that Win 95 doesn't know how to deal with over 64MB of virtual memory, or processors that run over 2.1GHz. :)

ok ive tried like all the windows 95 iso. and img. and virtual hard drives i could find and i have the same problem with each one, after installing and goes to start up for the first time i get either a "windows protection error" or "while initializing device IOS: windows protection error" please help me im going INSANE!!!

@PORSLEY Try adjusting your power settings by navigating to your Control Panel, then go to Hardware and Sound>Power Options>Change Plan Settings, then click Change Advanced Power Settings, scroll to Processor Power Management click +, and adjust the Maximum Processor State to about 50%. You should also adjust the Minimum Processor State to around 40-50%. Win 95 doesn't like processors that run over 2.1GHz.

@PORSLEY Another fix is to make sure that Hardware Virtualization is disabled. This will prevent your physical hardware from being virtualized. Also, make sure that only 64GB is allocated to Win 95's virtual memory. Win 95 is a small and outdated operating system which doesn't know what to do with any extra memory allocated to it, and so will divide by zero and fail to load its input/output system (IOS). If none of these steps work, try all three at once. That's what worked for me. :)
