UBC engineering is 80% a waste of time on completely useless and irrelevant courses and 20% of useful courses

I interviewed some UBC computer engineers for programming positions, and some dont even know what the difference between C and C++.

And since I am a UBC computer engineer myself, I clearly understand why. 80% of the courses are completely useless. There VERY few programming courses, and way too much emphasis in exams rather that work. You can graduate without ever write a line of code
