Great song. (There is a Hole in Daddy's Arm Where all the MONEY GOES) I think there is an Arlo Guthrie version? Not sure really,.. BUT AL OWNS THIS SONG!! .. the piano, it all works with the hurt of the addict he sings about.

Thanks. Now I will check John Prine. I like this excellent version, but it probably was JOHN PRINE whose voice I can remember. A WRITER deserves big props, Al doubtless would agree. TIMELESS work. Peace.
