  • for all you haters..this dude is 2-0 as a professional MMA fighter. He dominated both fights and finished them in the 1st round. Both fights are on youtube, search the 1st fight with "revolution MMA john kelly" and the 2nd fight with "SAFD cesard09". Check'em out to see if the training worked....

  • Your foot work needs some help.

    Also, try working on different muscles daily

    so that your muscles have time to grow.

    Also do exercises more slowly for the negative muscle to come into affect (negative muscle builds the actual muscle)

  • Kicks around 3.05 are so bad, you will harm yourself doing that. Go ask someone how a kick is performed, also your foot work at boxing is really bad.

  • 1) This is circuit training, not complexes. At least get the terminology right.

    2) Many exercises did not go through a full ROM.

    3) Plyometrics are only effective if done alone, for 15 to 30 seconds of work, and 3 minutes of rest.

    4) None of these movements (other than the kicks) are sports specific and will have very little carry over value.

    5) The kicks require skill strength, which is also diminished by the time you finally get around to them, lowering their effectiveness.
