Condoms have always worked for me :) but i'm on the pill also. So with the pill/condom combination, you're pretty much safe (or at least I was). Personally I've never known anybody who got pregnant while using contraception. Most of the girls that I know that got pregnant didn't bother using anything.

This scene is hilarious. Although I find it extremely weird that Ross, being a well-educated man, had no idea that condoms didn't work 100% of the time. I mean, EVERYONE knows that. And for the record most birth control methods lie about their accuracy and condoms only average at about 85% effectiveness so have a back up plan.
