  • Ive done a Month! 5 weeks total, messed up my leg, had to stop for a week, im probably going to do two more weeks of interval cardio before i start with Max Interval!! but as u said,, i love insanity as well, the more you do it the more you like it... lost 22 pounds and on my fitness test, WAAWW incredible gains

  • first time i did this i did it non-stop! it's mental! thank god i'm in good shape. thanks to p90x & soccer 8 times a week haha:p

  • @JcruzUSAF dude dont sweat it!!! its a mental game! they are paid to weed out the weak, the only thing is that sometimes alot of times its going to be some other dude to get you in trouble, cuz you are one unit made up of many. but what its like 6 weeks or something? piece of cake! piece of ass! and i think you cant make eye contact so focus your vision in the middle of your intructors forhead, GOOD LUCK! :)

  • @CuntDangIt I was working for my aunt 2 months ago. But I quit to focus all my attention to the Air Force since I'm leaving in 74 days. :O

  • @CuntDangIt finished P90X 2 times on Doubles. I don't like it because they rush the weight training. Therefore I do INSANITY for my morning workout then I have a weight training schedule setup in the PM as well as long distance running every other day with my Air Force Spec Op guys. Sundays are my only rest days.

  • @CuntDangIt Only multivitamins & BCAA's. I was on a weight gainer 2 weeks ago. I also have a pre-workout supplement that I only take on emergency days when I absolutely have no energy and MUST PT. (w/ Air Force group or if I'm leading them.)
