I coughed up my first tonsil stone at the playground during a slide ride when I was about five or six years old (somehow that memory has stuck with me all this time). I'm 20 now, and I've had them every now and then but I've never known what they were til I watched this video. I got them for a short period of time... and I mean I had them REALLY bad, but only for about a year, off and on. I don't get them anymore. I had them the worst when I'd eat dry food right before going to sleep. People who get them - remove them with a q-tip, not toothpick, toothpicks make you bleed.
