Am I the only one who finds the sound of WWV somewhat frightening? Delightful, but scary nonetheless!

Wow! WWV was no problem for you! Good Catch! I was interested in shortwave in 1974 but got into it in 1876 when RCI did a story on Bats!
Those were the Days of Gerrard,Gordon And Diane!

I've been fascinated by the sounds of WWV and WWVH ever since I was a kid (and that YEARS ago). Glad to know I wasn't the only one! :D

one night I fell asleep to WWV..after I woke up I had the tick-tock stuck in my head for hours..
