Your correct, it is the ova, and one of the funniest episodes of the series. but not the only one. why they didn't continue the story with Kei and Mizuho is beyond me.

That is actually the last episode, I believe 13. It was actually released as an OVA but due to the sequence of events it is actually episode 13. Im sure if my info is wrong someone will correct me, but I am not home right now to verify with my episode list. Hope that helps.
