my firend cares for an old man and he has 15 gypsy vanners that need new homes or there off to the meat man, there are jet black stallions, coloured mares and foals, they have never been in a stable, they all live in a field togeather and just keep breeding, the owner is old and ill. wigan area, north west, uk.

I love this breed i am getting a 3yr 14.3 gypsy vanner gelding this week he looks just like some of the horses in this video. And if you dream to have a gypsy belive me you will get one at one point i have wanted a gypsy since i can remember and i only had to wait 13yrs :) Keep dreaming and remember good things come to those who wait

haha, europeans laugh their asses off when they hear what gypsy vanner horses sell for in north america, lol, these horses are pretty much good for nothing except for pulling a cart, which coincidentally is what they are bred for. Yes they may be pretty, but they aren't worth 20,000$, and I'd take a nice hanoverian over a dumpy cart horse any day

Actually, Latcho Drom belongs to Gypsy Gold. I work at Gypsy Vanner Ranch...and we breed our mares to the Gypsy Gold stallions. Including, Latcho, Gypsy King, Cushti Bok, BB King, and Caymus. The 2 mares in the last clip are some of the first in the country, Bat and Dolly.

My trainer owns a percheron X Gypsy Vanner horse cross.

He's beautiful.

He looks like most GVs, but with less featehring and mane.

We call him the Gypsy Impersonater (GI for short).
