  • wow and I thought iwas pretty good haha great vid now can you do a deminstration oh how you just did those circles haha

  • is it just me or did u click fore tits and a wank

  • I am getting there! Thank you lovely! X

  • Sorry i have another question about inverted hip! Are you feet flat on the floor? and is your weight mostly on your heels? You do it so well! XXXX

  • @miriamou My feet are flat. My weight is pretty even. My knees are a little bent. Try this: sit on a stool and round your lower back, then reverse the movement as if you wanted to point your bellybutton down. This will use a little bit of muscle in the lowest part of your abdomen, not much. Now from neutral, do the same motion but side to side. Again, most of what you will be doing is pushing off with your leg and butt cheek. This should help you get the motion without moving...

  • @miriamou ...what is contacting the chair. Now round all that out into a circle and practice it in both directions. Once you get the feel for it, it should be much easier from standing.

  • I would like to say that you are doing something right!!! L@@K at that amazing belly, and the way you can manipulate your body! Rock on, MM!

  • Why do you tag this as a dancing video? What type of dance is this? not dancing. DON'T TAG IT AS A DANCE IF IT'S NOT. Youre pretty though.

  • @mythoughts4today You clearly did not read or follow any of the written instructions on the side or you would have also read the blog posts associated. For those of you who are too stupid to follow instructions and find information for yourselves, this is a core sequence I've developed that will assist you with a variety of physical activities (you know, strong core helps). It was originally developed to train for salsa and belly DANCING. It has also helped my grappling and striking a lot.

  • @mythoughts4today Quick change of heart, eh? How about you just not troll my channel. You clearly have no intention of learning my core sequence for fitness, dance, or any other purposes, so go look for some videos of teenage girls giggling around and be happy.

  • @MarriedaMonkey No quick change of heart here. You have nothing going for you if you have to be calling people stupid! It say's alot about you as a person. You may be beautiful but you're a bitch. You're gonna talk like this to the wrong guy and he's gonna nail ya. Trust me. All your martial arts training won't save a loud mouth. You didn't learn about kindness I see. You have alot to learn. I've been in MMA before it became popular and was called MMA. You need verbal and social skills.

  • @mythoughts4today You repeated it to me, so perhaps you're no better. You don't know me. You don't know how I am. You can call me what you like. I'm a sweet person, but I'm not a pushover and I certainly know how to talk to a troll. ...I like how you judge volume from text.

  • @MarriedaMonkey Ecuse me! I was in here watching my cousins dance routine for her ballet school and not in here for "teen girls". You proved my point! You have no social skills.!!! I WON'T KEEP RESPONDING TO YOUR GHETTO WAY OF THINKING.

  • @mythoughts4today Good. Now that you're calm, maybe you will think about how I didn't place my video in the "normal dance section". I placed it in the "howto". And if you were only interested in your cousin's routine, you wouldn't have clicked on my video.

  • @MarriedaMonkey I'm always calm. I clicked on your video because I have a disc injury and caught the video because I also perform chinese holistic exercise and only laughed when i saw your video under "dancing". I never typed in "how to". You just have it under the 'DANCING" tag. I'm sure it's under numerous tags. I'm a man. I did notice you looked pretty and it was another reason i did click on your video.

  • @mythoughts4today Well, it doesn't sound like there's anything I can help you with. You're an expert on every related subject so I think you're covered. ;) Good bye.

  • @MarriedaMonkey I've been involved with martial arts for years and that may be a nice little warm up exercise but it has no effect on grappling and striking skills. Now you're the one that is stupid!!! Lets see if all your warm up exercises will work when you have to fight for real in the streets and not in a controlled gym. I'M SO SICK OF PEOPLE THINKING THEY'RE A MIXED MARTIAL ARTIST JUST BECAUSE THEY GO TO A GYM. Give me a break. Everyone feels they're tough. JOKE

  • @mythoughts4today I've been training since early childhood. Anyone who really trains will tell you that developing functional core strength will make you a strong grappler and striker. That's exactly why MMA fighters do core strengthening work outs. I don't go to a gym, for the record, and never have.

  • @MarriedaMonkey That move will not do a thing for striking power!!!! I work with professionals and that's a myth. Go ask a real trainer what that exercise does for the hip region. That's not even a whole core movement!!! I know!!! I was an ACE Atrainer for 13 years. It is an exercise but not as effective as you think.

  • @mythoughts4today "Part 1..." implies that there is a whole series to come, doesn't it? Again, as mentioned in the information included in this video that you did not read, "...don't judge my body or my methods..." So far, you've done both. My body is fine and my methods work. I remember a clear difference in striking power from when I was doing this and when I wasn't. My instructor wouldn't lie to me about it either, after 13 or so years.

  • @MarriedaMonkey my friend typed in ' Me Dancing" AND HE SAID YOU'RE UNDER THAT TAG! Asshole. I told you you didn't tag it right. LMAO!!!! You're vid is mixed in with whores dancing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! lmao . LATER DUMMY!!! I WON'T BE RESPONDING AGAIN. Nice body though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOR A DUMMY.

  • @mythoughts4today You are the price I pay for posting videos to help other people.

  • GJ, Thanks for those tips!

I have started a Fitness Thread over at uTT Check it out when you get a chance! I've already lost 15lbs! I did some crunches yesterday, and I'm feeling the burn today! X-P lol

  • @YellowChariot99 Yeah, I've got this whole sequence of these coming up here. Check out the links to my blog. You caught me still editting, man.

  • @MarriedaMonkey
