i will not waste my time explaining myself to you, sir. i've had a look at your profile, and frankly i don't waste my time starting or trying to win impossible arguments with immature hatemongers looking to pick fights with those they deem so called "conspiracy nuts".

i personally view abrahamic belief systems to be obscenely false and controlling. i don't, however, go around figuratively spitting in their followers faces while trying to "fuck up their lives", as you put it.

Broad brushing the system as dishonest and/or coersive as a whole IMO is simply a self serving inaccuracy. Specifics on judgement, statutes, laws circumstances etc and not some essoteric blanket philosophy will get you a higher caliber of interaction and discussion IMO. The fact you have to elevate yourself by discrediting others with generalities and blanket statements is why I'm switching my interaction with the Freeman society to other sites/blogs. Words like "brainwashed" tells me you have little else of value or understanding to debate. The few vids I've seen are full of such expressions and terms. Sorry guys but so far I have seen little debatable dialogue here on this thread/site and a lot of BS and chest pounding over "your territory/status".

Try opposing it in court. I am not aware of ANY jurisprudence that acknowledges the terms held by the Freeman agenda and the Dr. Kaos bull. Try getting a student loan and not agree with the terms and conditions you sign and accept before getting it and see how far you get. LOL Once you have the loan it is too late. Not paying your student loan WILL be just cause to charge you in court

When you sign for a loan you're signing in the corporate name relating to your birth certificate. You know this perfectly well.

I can't speak for others but I choose to comply with the laws and regs that apply to the benefits I choose to receive from the institutions that ARE governed by laws that "I" agreed to abide by. For me it's a preference for rules of order and structure toward a more peaceful existance within the society I live in.

I don't doubt in law you have a rather unusual loophole that as you say, states your independence from statutes etc.

Perhaps my motivations were due to my experience with those claiming Freeman status. I understand a few bad eggs don't mean they are all that way. However, I have not yet read about or met someone whose motivation for Freeman status was not due their inability to exist within the structures and laws. (Owing taxes, being charged, having financial problems). Choosing "freedom:" only when find yourself in conflict with laws and rules seems to be the rule of thumb so far as I've seen.

@ iamapundit I was never in that situation. I was betrayed and denied access to the courts unlawfully with no recourse. You are right however, most people coast along until something happens. These structures and laws are getting too restrictive and are offensive to the awakening human spirit. People who do not like Freemanery seem to be happy coasting along with their spirit asleep. That seems also to be a rule of thumb.

@ mrmitee I can't speak to your personal case, however I choose to use methods afforded us in a democracy where change is initiated at Legislative levels (setting new statutes/laws) or seeking a judgement in a jurisdiction that may have a liberal/left leaning judiciary. Get the attention of one judge to rule in your favour to set precedent.. There are a variety of options for change without rebellion or anarchistic actions. Such agitation to defy existing codes would find less favour IMO.

better yet...you can discharge the debt with a bond. I have done this for my brother with a Credit Card Company ($4186.00). We sent them a bond and they never ever written or called again. That is now 6 months ago.
