Secondly, if fair use content is taken down by copyright claims, you can file a request to get the video or account back up - if it is fair use. But fair use does not always apply, especially not if you show long parts of a video or audio clip.

It is continually getting worse. Youtube may be satisfied briefly and allow time to pass by before they begin again to go through the process of degrading the site just a little more. The hypocrisy is clearly there on their part, regarding their proclaimed encouragement of free speech and expression and then they hit users with more rubbish. Should this site continue to become that much more unreasonable, then hopefully another will rise to replace it while we allow this one to just rot.

give it time, they have already deleting over half of my videos, they are deleting audio from a lot of videos. one obama video in particular, because it was negative. I have my friends telling me they won't post some comments on Youtube. Meanwhile people cuss and what not. Obama wants to get rid of ALL file sharing networks like limewire, and others, and limit the internet to like 2000 sites. The reason why so many of us have watched and uploaded to YouTube is because we had a mind and voice independent of the MSM. It was a great site to find the alternative point of view. So let me get this right, Alex Jones posts and interview on with George Noory from Coast to Coast AM, a totally mainstream show and the channel is closed.

Post all videos in at least 2 different places other then youtube so they do not have a monopoly. Support other sites that host videos. The competition will crush youtube censorship and our voices will be heard even louder and clearer. We the people have the power to stop youtube censorship. Migrate your videos to many other sites. Decentralize our content and spread it widely over the entire internet so Youtube does not have the power to shut us off.

As much as I support you brother. The only answer to this problem is a total walk out on Youtube. We need to back up all of our videos or what we can, Choose a day & close all accounts on Youtube. But the only problem is that Everyone thinks they are powerless, that they are only one person. You are. But this effort would have to be taken on by all the users. a total boycott.
