Wind turbines like that on the video is a good substitute for generators. Why? You can generate electricity by simply using wind turbines. Wind energy, as one of our renewable resources, can help supply the residents or establishments in an area without charging a bill. Wind is just free. The only thing that you have to do is to create wind turbines of your own to avoid spending money.

the pipe pivot is nice - hope you put a transfer in there and aren't just letting your wires twist.

when you say "transfer", what do you mean. I get the point that as the generator turns due to the wind the wires would twist, but what can you do to keep that from happening?
