Absolute power corrupts absolutely; no one is immune from this power grab. Voting is potentially dangerous to those in office. If we vote out everyone in office and then elect someone who has ever held an elected office and then vote them out too; we can take control from the elite.

It was Thomas Jefferson who said that when the people fear the government, there is tyranny, but when the government fears the people, there is freedom. Who can deny that he was a man of great insight? He makes me wonder if he would be ashamed of today's Americans if he were alive today.
