if i owned a grocery store i'd have a similar deal:
i'd massively overprice a certain item that i sell. for example, Brand X pencils: 10 pack for
20$, when they only cost me 1$. then i'd have a 12 pack of Beer Y for 1$ (which cost me say 10$) if they buy the pencils. then i make (20 - 1 - (10 - 1)) = 10$ on the transaction.
bums with ebt cards would line up for such a deal.
Just know that the scam insurance business that the government allows is causing many more people to seek food stamps because they haven't been compensated for their injuries.

@rassd71 where i live it is the pill heads that abuse the system they will be able to circumvent that by providing the doctors prescription at the time of drug testing i'd say less than 5% would actually fail from things like cocaine, heroin(circumvented with a morphine prescription) and marijuana. in the end it will cost more to drug test every month. I'd say drug test only when applying ..btw some sell their food stamps 1/2 price for cash and we can't do shit about it.

I think that if you destroy the property,get caught dealing drugs, bother the neighbors, have to many police calls you should be booted from the program. Don't blame the store owner. Blame the people who are in charge of the food stamps program. If there is a loophole or an incentive the store owner can take advantage of, then any rational person would take advantage of it.
