May I just say that there are other groups involved in terrorism, other than Islam. May I just say that there are other groups involved in terrorism, other than Islam. People seem to forget that Christian Denominations have also been involved in Terrorist Attacks, Such as the IRA bombings throughout the UK in the 90's. Or the Basque extremists who bombed the Paris Underground in 1995, and continue to attack Spanish tourist resorts. Please dont make out that only Islam is responsible for terrorism! The IRA were not bombing people in the name of Islam though! The IRAs' war was one of national liberation because they wanted a united Ireland not everyone to convert to Roman Catholicism. The war in Northern Ireland was not a religous war is was over the sovereignty of Northern Ireland. The Islamic terrorists on the other hand are killing people in the name of Allahm, because they consider all non muslims infidels.

Correction. I meant the IRA were not bombing people in the name of the Catholic Church. They were bombing because they wanted a united Ireland. That war was all over whether Northern Ireland stayed part of the UK or joined the Republic of Ireland not about religon. Religon was only used a badge of difference in the that war to distinguish loyalists from republicans.
But Muslim terrorists are bombing in the name of Islam because they want the whole world to convert to Islam.

The IRA did NOT deliberately bomb innocent people. The IRA were freedom fighters and their grievance was with an establishment that had torn Ireland in two.
They were NOT religious fanatics who used God's name to justify their cause & put down their arms after an agreement was reached.
Again, IRA's aim was to disrupt the flow of things-they NEVER set out to harm civilians & that is why they ALWAYS gave a warning, in advance, even though it often went wrong.
