Everyone on the show would have called him an Errrol Flynn wannabe if he had the gotee. Plus he thinks killed lex luthor in this season and is proud of it.

Why did the CW pass on a Green Arrow Series. He is the only part of smallville worthwhile

I have no idea. I really liked how they did Green Arrow (though I would have liked him to have a gotee).
Yeah he did Crisis of Conscience which was ok and Identity Crisis which was fantastic.

I'm not very familiar with Green Arrow. I only know him from Justice League Unlimited (the TV show) on the DCAU.

I like the voice alot. I don't think it's a perfect voice. But it's certainly a good voice.
