Obviously your credentials aren't what you say they are Garyowen. If you have such a background, it would make no sense for someone of your caliber to post terminology like "Snot Nose", "Jack ----" etc. I'm sure you would also take the time to use proper grammar, spelling and provide factual information and statistics to back up your claim.

gary u know nothing baut hrm. i just did a placement in hr and the pay was far more than i expected. hr as a field got very high levels of job security compared to other fields such as sales, finance and marketing...

hr is common sensical, anyone can do it and everyone has done it, zero job security, crap pay, go into real estate sales and have a lifetime pursuit,,,,but i like people you say, then become a nurse rn, and write your own ticket for life.
