What Wonderful Children ....he idolised them and thankfully they can make him proud every day
My piano teacher Race was a good friend of Isaac's. I'd catch up with him at Race's Easter egg roll every year in Grosmont and he always made time for we kids. Devastated by his passing.
After Race died, Vicki came to a memorial gig near Whitby and did some Northumbrian folk songs. First time I'd heard her sing, and she was fantastic.
I recall my adoration for a beautiful girl a couple of years older than me, who seems now to be doing very well for herself. Doubt very much Sienna remembers.
Thank you for posting this , stunning, I Still miss the guy!..I am going to Cambridge Folk Festival tomorrow, the setting for some great memories of seeing Issac over so many years .
Thank you so much for posting this, it has most certainly filled my heart and touched my soul. Good message as well. Any more clips all you people have please please post them so we all can enjoy these moments of his life.
My eternal gratitude to 'spring74light' for pointing me to this clip.
... Just love till you've loved them away... God I miss you Dad, thank you for all you taught me & showed me....

How very sad. I just discover this wonderful artist and then find out that he is no longer with us. What a loss.

Let your dreams bind your work to your play
What can you do with each moment of your life
But love til you've loved them away
There are sorrows enough for the whole world's end
There are no guarantees but the grave
And this life that I live & the time I have spent
Is a treasure too precious to save

It is such a pity that Isaac never had the chance to play at ‘The Sage’, Gateshead. I am sure the place would have become his ‘second home’.

Such beautiful guitar playing. Amazing bend there early in the intro. What gauge strings are you playing on? Thank you!
