You know what. I think most of the themes in this game are based on popular Castlevania songs or at least share some similarity with them. The stage 1 is based on Simon's theme (Dance of the holy man) from Castlevania 4, this one sound like "An empty tome" from Order of Ecclesia, Meiling's theme has the same kind of base as "Invitation of a crazed moon" from Portrait of Ruin. The first level in the castle is clearly inspired by "Blood relation between heaven and earth" from Rondo of Blood.

@mrnuage Also the Clockwork stage sounds like "Bloody Tears" and the stage boss has "Vampire Killer" as a cameo. Finally, I think the battle against Remilia sound a little bit like "Dance of Illusions".
