His family is rich, when she went in the building to find out who the Black Hat guy was and she met his brother in the elevator. The Black hat guy though rich just wanted to normal life. He have brain cancer, and he went and have surgery. He's afraid she wont' like him after the scar on his face so he left. But in the end she found him and that's the end. Hope that help.

the ending is the girl finally know who's the one that been helping her all of her life.. because 'kitari ajossi' (man in black suite) has always been watching her back, and help her (in the real movie~not this mv, he's actually pay all her tuition and get her a job) without showing himself (seems absurd), even his real name. so, this 'ajossi' finally revel himself in the end of the mv.. watch the movie, n u'll surprised ^^
