I've seen people very good at hakeysack or "footbag" I'm not so bad myself, and while this is very possible to do, the video itself is fake. Watch the arc of the "ball" as it makes it's return trip from hitting the water jug. The vertical acceleration is too slow to be caused by earth's gravity. Also, the vertical acceleration is not consistent between different arcs the ball makes. The reason for this is so the ball will sync up with his "gestures" such as catching it under his chin.
